Hey!!
It's fine put the cage next to the wall?? and the back cage face the wall and is better to cover the wall with a towel ???because i think the wall sometimes is cold and i think could affect the budgies feel cold or not ?

Yes, budgies feel cold and should not be in an area where there are drafts.
Being in a cold draft can cause respiratory infections.

If the wall is cold behind the cage, covering it with a towel or small fleece blanket would be a good idea.

That perch would be OK but I'd recommend something more along the lines of these:





The wood perches with the bumps and varying diameters found in nature is going to be best for exercising your budgie's feet and legs and will help prevent pressure sores.

Sometimes budgies get obsessed with mirror toys and ends up causing them a lot of sexual frustration thinking the reflection is another bird, and can cause undesired behaviors. If the mirrors don't seem to be causing your budgie any problems after 2 years, it should be fine. My budgies have a little plastic toy shaped like a pear with a mirror in it. They occasionally look inside it but aren't obsessed, so I leave it for them.
