Default Any experiance of this cage?

Im looking to give my troublesome 2 a little more space than they currently have and come across this Look at this on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252631607366
Problem is I cannot find anywhere which lists the bar spacing. Does anyone have any experiance with this cage and can advise me whether it is suitable for budgies?

Many thanks.

I have not seen this one.
Perhaps contact the seller on eBay and see if they can assist. Or try searching for the brand and googling for contact information so you can email them for an answer.

Thanks Therm, ive sent a quick message.

Tried googling the model but they all say 'personable bar spacing' which doesnt make any sense to me!

Do you know of any similar size cages which may be more appropriate?

I'm very happy with this cage.
Hamberley Single Metal Large Cage - Little Pet Warehouse

It doesn't have the seed guard but has more flight space than the one you linked and is a similar price.

Personally, looking at this cage the bar spacing does look rather wide. Also it's accessories appear to be designed for much larger birds, and this is a common design for large parrot cages so that leads me to believe the bar spacing may be too wide for budgies. I had a look and the same seller is also selling this cage. The bar spacing appears to be much smaller, and the design is a very common one used for small birds such as budgies and canaries. I have seen cages just like this in pet stores and the bar spacing of those are safe for budgies, but of course one cannot always tell just from looking at pictures online.

If you really want to buy the cage you linked, you could always mesh over it if the bar spacing is too wide.

It was Joleys in Blyth, it might not be the same cage if it isn't it looks very much like the one in the link but the one I saw was 120 I think. I know that the bar spacing on my cage is 20mm / 3/4" which I think is the upper end of the gap size for a budgie but our last budgie never once got out of the cage & these 2 haven't either apart from Sky sticking her head through the bars last week for a minute but due to the shape of Sky's feet the wider spacing seems to help as she partly grips the bars & rests her knees on the lower ones whilst she goes to sleep. I'm in Cramlington by the way so not that far from you
