Default Good Branch Perches?

Just wanted to ask for any recommendations for perches? I saw a video that said regular pole perches can cause arthritis.

I recommend you remove wooden dowel perches in the cage and replace them with natural wooden perches of varying diameters to help prevent pressure sores.

The information in this link will give examples of better options for perches:

Essentials for a Great Cage

If you have not taken the time to read the stickies at the top of each section of the forum as well as the Budgie Articles in the articles section of the forum, I would highly recommend you do so.
Most basic questions are answered in the articles and stickies and you will find extremely helpful information on how to care for your birds for their optimum health and well being.

Best wishes!
