Hello everyone, I currently own 2 budgies, Forrest and Ilsa whom I acquired from a breeder who likes to hand-raise her babies. Although my budgies don't like to be held as much as I had hoped, Forrest is a talker. I am seeking information to help me sex Forrest too. Ilsa is definitely a female, brown crusty cere and all, but Forrest remains an enigma. I have always called him a 'he' as the breeder named him and said he was the only surviving baby from his clutch of eggs, however I am not convinced which sex he is and as he is now almost 2 years old I think I should not be having so much difficulty.
It's winter here in Canada right now so I can't take my babies outside with me as I do in summer and we are all getting a wee bit of 'cabin fever'!! I wil try to find a suitable topic forum and post pictures of his cere and hopefully someone can help solve the mystery!
