Hi, everyone! I'm Keely, and I'm a first time bird owner. While I've never had a bird before, I've wanted one for years and have finally decided to get not one, but two! Even after a month of constant research, I feel like I have a lot to learn. I'm hoping this community will help me to achieve that, and it's already helped quite a bit just by looking through it.
My two beautiful budgies are Yuri and Victor, Victor being the green one and Yuri being the blue one. I'm still not sure whether Yuri is a boy or a girl, which is why I chose an androgynous name for him(assuming for now). Victor is still very uncomfortable and nervous after the week I've had them, but Yuri is a sweetheart and is warming up fast (especially when there's millet involved). I not quite sure what Victor enjoys yet, but I know Yuri loves the bells hanging in the cages and also loves to sing along when I play the guitar
I'm excited to get to know everybody and their babies, thank you for having me!
