Hello Eloise,

Sorry to hear about Wattles. I recently lost my beloved budgie, Baby who had been with me for nine years. I know how painful it is and I am very sorry for your loss.

The forum has been very helpful to me during this difficult time and I am certain the same will be true for you.

With kind thoughts...

Wow, so many people are very caring and thoughtful here. Thank you everybody, a lot.

And I will heed your advice, and keep them away for a while, but we haven't, to be frank, got much money, so we may not be able to get them to the vet, but I will certainly do my best, and try.

Thanks again, everyone.

poor birdie. I would keep them separated for a very long time. Also you said you move the birds to new cage homes often. I thought this would stress a bird out mabey not though. Anyway sorry for your loss.

Oh, don't worry, Icarus, I don't do it enough to stress them out or anything, and they know each of the four cages and companions well. I've got it well under control, don't worry, I certainly wouldn't do something to stress them out.

Thanks, Icarus & Clifff
