Default Old Coco

Before I had this coco, I had another coco, he was a boy... He was the most tame pet I have ever had in my life. If you opened up your mouth he would go in it... Lol it still make me laugh. He would clean your teeth. He would play mini soccer. He would do the headbob click here to see him. Lets just say I really loved him, all these budgies dying reminds me of him. He died about 2 years ago. Well I dont know if he's dead. I wonder where he is...
Here is his story.

I left to horsecamp sleepover, and someone had to feed him. It was dida. She is my dad's aunt except she doesnt really care about my stuff. Well so it seems. Coco's cage was on the balcony because it was a nice day and she wanted to pet him so she opened his cage. He flew out... DUH!!!! SHe opened his big door she didnt think he would fly out. HE IS A BIRD of course he will fly out!!! So she didnt go look for him. She went and got another budgie, this Coco which honestly isnt train at all but I cant blame my new budgie cause she is a good budgie also. But she got an identical budgie... Except it was a girl. She didnt think it mattered what budgie I have as long as I have one. Of course I noticed. Was I mad? Yes!! I am sorry if i sound mean but how could she do this to me? She wasnt at all careful. So now I let all my anger out cause dida is still here. I wish I had him back and thats all. I cant give him a funeral, but thinking he probably starved to death or got eaten by a cat. He doesnt deserve it. He would come to anybody even if they didnt want him to. I just hope he landed somewhere safe. But in the budgie book I have it says they cannot survie. Which I try to not believe. me -->

you are not mean. boy, I would be so irrate that I would ban the woman (aunt or not) from my house. to think she could just replace him. DUH!!. You can't replace friend. People do some pretty ignorant things.

Try to enjoy this new budgie. Think of coco being free and flying high in the sky looking down at you and smiling.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

Some people just can't understand the value we give to our budgies so they think they can replace them with some other bird. I agree pipin_barb. What you can do now is you can try to be friends with your new budgie because she needs your love, too.

You do not sound mean at all. You have every right to be mad, and that is why we are here...we all love budgies, and I completely understand why you are mad. I would be furious. I'm sure no budgie could ever replace Coco, but don't take it out on the new bird, she had nothing to do with it. She wants you to love her.
