Default Goodbye Thommo!

I can't say for sure if he has passed, but he has flown away and it's time to accept it and move on. You were my best friend Thomas and you always had an adventurous streak, I hope you are happy where you are. Goodbye.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I know it's unlikely, but I really do hope that he comes home to you. Failing that, that he has found a new home and is being loved and cared for.

I'm so sorry to hear that, it must be devastating to lose a bird in that way. But perhaps he is happy and being cared for somewhere, who knows....

Sorry again, he was a beauty....

I'm so sorry to hear that.

But maybe, as a pet budgie, he found a home with some people who are looking after him.

I'm so sorry to hear about Thomas, he sounded like a great bird, and from that picture, cute and funny!

Who knows, maybe you will find him

Thomas looks like he was a fun little guy. I'm so sorry he never came back. It's obvious that Thomas was special to you. I know you miss him greatly.

Hang on to those special memories. What would we do without them?

Thanks Donna. I look at my new budgie, Spangles, and all the memories of Thomas are so clear. When I'm distracted I mix up their names.
I don't think I will be able to bond with another budgie the way I did with Thomas, it just feels so different. I can remember with Thomas it seemed like he trusted me instantly, whereas I have to build that trust with Spangles.... it's all so new.
My greatest hope is that Thomas is making someone out there happy the way he made me happy, and that he is happy too.

aww I know how you feel. When one of my budgies passed on, I got another and I didn't think I could really bond with another bird like I did with Ringo. But Figaro is a sweet little girl and I love her just as much as I loved Ringo.

Again I am sorry about Thomas.
