Default My budgie didn't make it

This morning I woke up to find my little budgie dead on the bottom of the cage. I don't know what happened since he was acting just fine. I'm so sad, I guess I wasn't meant to be a budgie owner after all

Was he showing signs of illness? I'm so sorry for your loss.

Rest in Peace, little one. He left us much too soon, but keep his cute face and happy song close to your heart, and he will be with you forever. How long did you have him? Please don't give up on budgies. You will find another one to share your love.

Could you take him back to the store and tell them?

Sorry for your loss.

Wow, he must have been sick im so sorry for your loss, but here where I live there is a 15 day guarentee, they will either replace the bird or give you money back..but if you get a new bird make sure you disinfect everything in the cage and the cage itself with a bleach solution, make sure it is all rinsed good before putting the new budgie in..plus I would buy new cuttlebone and mineral block.

Very sorry for your sudden loss, Joy. Unfortunately like all living things, those precious to us are sometimes taken in mysterious ways. But do cherish every moment you had with him, however brief, and don't let that discourage you from adopting another little friend

You've only had him since Sunday? That's terrible. I wonder what was wrong with him. You should complain to the pet store where you got him.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

First of all I am very sorry for your loss It's really not a long time since Sunday!

Just an idea that I just had, do you cook in any way with Teflon or Nonstick pans? I heard and read a lot about these pans being the reason why pet parrots died, even if they are not in the same room as the fumes of the pans! If that is the case you should rethink your pans and everything that consists out of Teflon or Nonstick surfaces!

BTW. I threw all the Teflon pans out in the garbage as soon I read about them. We have a very good ceramic, organic pan now that has a Nonstick surface, that consists only out of ceramic. It's really good and wasn't expensive at all!

Again I am very sorry for your loss
