I used to post here a lot but life got busy, I still made time to play with my budgies though.
Who would've thought that this $20 bird I got from the local pet store would've turned out to be the biggest, most delightful stinker of a bird...
She'd always had a problem with seizures even when she was younger, but the vet said it was a calcium deficiency. We managed to help her live a lot of life, but she started having seizures again last month. She got better with rest and meds but suddenly had seizures again and passed away suddenly last night.
I miss her so much, and so do my other birds. They keep calling for her, even though there's no response. She loved to do tricks... she could operate the tippy treat to treat herself, and dunk a little basketball. I just wanted to come back to post this so others could help me celebrate her life for the little rascal she was. RIP Blue

Thank you all so much, it makes me so happy to see some of you still active on this board for so many years. It’s only been a day so it still really hurts, but I hope that one day I’ll remember only the good memories with her.
