Default In loving memory of all of my budgies

I came home, went to the bird room, opened the cages, and discovered my budgies, all four, had passed away, their eyes were closed, perfectly peaceful, and they were gone. I don't know what happened. My tiels who are in the same room, in a different cage mind you, are fine. I feel, like nothing. Numb. I preserved the bodies of my beloved angels for necropsy. I will let you know the results. Rest In Peace Kegura, Benjy, Yuki, and Hanajima. You are my angels. And I will miss you forever.

Oh, I'm so sorry! I feel deeply for you right now. R.I.P Kegura, Benjy, Yuki, and Hanajima. I can't imagine how you're feeling...

I don't even know what to say other than I am so incredibly sorry for such a devastating loss. I am sure they knew how deeply you cared for them.

This is such a tragic loss and I am very sorry to hear about it. I have no idea what to say because I know it is just too much for you right now
R.I.P. little ones, fly free! Whatever it was, they will be happy with all the other budgies that have passed on as well.
I will be waiting anxiously for the necropsy results.

I am so very very sorry to hear about your losses!!! How devastating, I'll be following this thread to see what the results are. Hopefully finding out what happened will give you some closure. Again I am so sorry, RIP to all your poor budgies, fly high little guys!

Was I a good budgie owner? Be honest please. I just want to know. Do you think I did everything for them?

I think you did and I am being very honest.
You don't even know what caused it yet and you had them in a bird safe room away from fumes, sprays etc, so there is no room to blame yourself.

Oh my goodness, I am SO sorry. That must be heartbreaking. I can't even imagine. I'm glad you're getting a necropsy done. Definitely find out what in the world happened. I do think you are a good owner, I can't imagine what might have caused this. Were any of your roommates home? Did they notice / smell / hear anything?

I'm so sorry. May they all rest in peace.

I agree with Zeena, you can't blame yourself for something like this happening. Obviously something went wrong, but you took the proper precautions, so you are blameless in this. Sometimes bad things just happen, and I am so sorry it happened to you

My roommates were home, they are bird owners too and would know if something were wrong. I think it was the teflon from the new wok I bought and used, a little bit before they passed.
