Default I still can't believe he is dead.. (Kenny)

yeah well at just 7 or 8 .. I believe 8 years old yet another budgie passes away.. suddenly in my hands after wobbling on his bar and not eating ... on january 28th :/ well I'm not crying any more since the vivid image in my head has somewhat faded and I don't keep seeing him die in high definition over and over and wondering what killed him cause he did fall and I think it just messed him up further than he already was .. he was sleeping all day before I went to get him some budgie seeds and well my ride wasn't exactly fast so I guess I got home too late to feed the lil guy .. makes me sad to wonder if it was me or if it really was just his time/ he did look like sh-- .. balding and hunched on his perch and slept alot.. but I still miss the little bird even tho he hated me for unknown reasons >_>: tried so hard to gain his trust and it just failed every time but I'm not one of those people who throw pets out that don't listen to me I'm a devoted pet guardian. I'm scared to get another budgie since this one died mysteriously .. he did have seizure like symptoms for years but would snap out of it like it never happened to it took down my guard.. and well I live with my folks still so if i got another budgie I'd have to worry about another living being I might not be able to feed.. even tho I have a very full bag just barely opened to try to feed him before he just croaked before even getting his first beak full :'( and I changed his water pretty religiously.

I am so sorry for your loss.
If I were you I would try to find an avian vet in the area. Then, you take the bird there for a checkup. If anything happens, you will know where to go.
8 years is a very good age for a budgie.

Sigrid

Rest in peace little guy. It sounds like he had a very loving home. I'm sure he is smiling down on you wherever he is now

My condolences. I am a little confused about your comment about being concerned about not being able to feed.

It also sounds like he was waiting for you to get back from the store to eat...when exactly did he have food last?
