I think it's important to keep in mind that we deprived ourselves from this natural wonder, maybe someday we'll stop making the same mistakes.

This is the only parrot species known to be native to the US, the saddest part is we didn't even realize they were extinct until 30 years after.

The "reasons for extinction" just made me sick to my stomach
I know it was a century ago now, but it is horrible to think of what happened to them
