Default Help? Good match or a budgie genetic muddle?

HI all,

I'm still mentally rearranging my fantasy breeding pairs here. Not actively
breeding, but planning for future potential

Now that Midas is a hen, Good Queen Bess needs a mate. She is sky blue opaline
spangle, and very lovely, or at least I think so I have been offered a normal
Clearbody male, just a lovely fellow -- and definitely male this time! Would this
combination produce anything attractive? I realize that as there is the split
factor issue going on it might take a couple of generations to actually find out
what I've got, but since I do a lot more visualization than actual breeding, it
would bring a lot of happiness to guess at what might come of it. Any help
would be greatly appreciated

Thanks to anyone who reads this!

It depends what you want to produce and what you find attractive really.

Personally I'd go for it, I LOVE clearbodies.

Thanks for the reply

I'm going to get him. I know it will take a while, but I have this bird
in my mind, a white clearbody with Bess's bright blue spangled wings.
I think I'm going to try for that. Thanks for the encouragement!
