The color looks more violet then blue to me, but im no expert. Gorgeous budgies tho! :D

Look like a violet to me as well. But a true violet is a cobalt with 1 violet factor or a sky blue with 2 violet factors.

If you see a rippling effect on the body colour, yes, you have a sky violet budgie.

If you don't see a rippling effect on the body colour, no, you have a cobalt budgie. This means the blue colour is uniform throughout the body shows a cobalt budgie.

From what I see in the pics shown, she got a rippling effect in her body colour. So you have the answer as above.
