I know kirby is a yellow face type II but is she called a blue? or green

She's a blue. She'll oftentimes look green as a result of the yellow face, but if she was a green budgie there wouldn't be hints of blue.

Yes still a blue ..The yellow face is just a wash of color overlay.

she looks like a yellowface type 2 double factor .....the yellow bleeds into the body colour resulting in a seagreenish look . Shes still a blue budgie ....cobalt i think

Normal Goldenface Cobalt.

She's a Blue series bird. Her colour is often referred as "Seafoam green" which occurs due to diffusion of yellow in cases of Yellowfaces and goldenfaces.
