Doesn't look opaline to me. Also, I'm guessing he could also be recessive pied due to the yellow between his wings and lack of an iris ring.

And yes, your chicks will be either SF of DF spangle.

Wow, I've never seen a Spangle with a blue tail feather before, that's interesting.
He doesn't look Opaline, but if you bred them you wou;d dfinitely get some double factor Spangles.

He's a Single Factor spangle Light Green. no Opaline in him. He has a strange tail though.

The hen is a clearwing Single Factor spangle skyblue.

Assuming the hen and the cock aren't split for anything, you can expect:
  • Normal Light greens
  • Single Factor spangle Light Greens
  • Yellow Double Factor spangle (masking Light Green)

All chicks split for Clearwing.

Clearwing is a mutated form of the Greywing mutation. Greywings have a lighter shade of body colour whereas a Clearwing has a normal intensity body colour.

clearwings also tend to have fainter mrkings on the wings, whereas greywings have deep grey markings.

you are welcome

Greywing

Clearwing
