Doesn't look opaline to me. Also, I'm guessing he could also be recessive pied due to the yellow between his wings and lack of an iris ring.
And yes, your chicks will be either SF of DF spangle.

He doesn't look Opaline, but if you bred them you wou;d dfinitely get some double factor Spangles.

Clearwing is a mutated form of the Greywing mutation. Greywings have a lighter shade of body colour whereas a Clearwing has a normal intensity body colour.
clearwings also tend to have fainter mrkings on the wings, whereas greywings have deep grey markings.
