Help newbie with mutations
Hi, Im a long time reader... First time poster here.
I recently bought a second hand patio aviary which to my delight came with 3 budgies. :) I already have peachface lovebirds, a sun conure and rainbow lorikeet. Over the last few years I have hand raised lovebirds, cockatiels, and my sun conure. I know very little about budgies but am very interested in what mutations these gorgeous budgies are and would really appreciate your wisdom. https://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/...se/image-3.jpg[/IMG] https://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/...se/image-2.jpg[/IMG] https://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/...lyse/image.jpg[/IMG] |
Welcome to the forum and what nice looking budgies they are!
I think you have a violet green dominant pied hen, a sky blue opaline df dominant pied hen( possibly greywing too) and I can't tell the last one, maybe a sky blue dilute male? A picture of the back would be helpful. |
Thanks so much Buddyboy101 for your prompt and helpful reply. I have a couple of pics of their back which may help a bit more.
