I think Cookie is a light green dominant pied and Smartypants is a normal olive green budgie.

By the way, if Smartypants' tail feathers are fully black instead of dark blue, then he is a normal grey green budgie and not olive green.

They are black so he is a normal grey green. I thought he was but I wasn't sure and i just wanted someone with more info. on it to tell me.
