Your blue budgie isn't yellow face and your female is a green (yellow based) budgie. They can't have babies with the yellow face mutation. You'd have to get a white based (blue series budgie) with the yellow face gene.
With this pair and considering your female seems to be a dominant pied, you'd have mostly dominant pied babies and some normals too. If your female is split for blue, the chicks can be blue as well as green. If she is not split for blue then all babies will be green (yellow based) and split for blue.

Do you know your budgies' parents? Like Aluz said, you'd get some pied chicks and some solid chicks. I *think* your green one is light green, in which case all the babies would be light coloured. IF your green is split for blue then you'd get some blue and some green babies, if not then they will all be green (but split for blue.)
There is a sliiight chance you may get yellow face babies, if the dad was double factor yellowface I (see here https://cutelittlebirdiesaviary.weebl...r-budgies.html) AND the mum was split for blue, but that's a LOT of ifs
