not quite sure its the best pic to tell, but best i could get, my 7 y/o nephew picked out this baby from a nestbox and i assumed it to be white or baby yellow, but this is what it has become! not sure weather it is a REALLY washed out yellow face, but i LOVE it!!!blue and white patches EVERYWHERE and a yellow and white faded head! i THINK its a boy though! shame as i wanted to put it with the grey cock i have when it was time! but im hoping to see a clutch before its ready to pair! xxx

i've not personally seen this colouring myself and am interested to know the mutation! looks a tad lacewinged, he has white wings with a yellow fringe on the top feathers! love him to bits!

He's very pretty! Your nephew did a good job at picking him out.
I'm not sure of the mutation, but I am sure he's not a lacewing. Lacewings have red eyes like an albino or Lutino.

Hope someone else chimes in soon with more info!

Looks like a yellowface df spangle with heavy suffusion to me

I would guess female from those photos, but some pics taken in natural light with no flash would be helpful if you want to know for sure

AHHHH thx, yes! I am VERY new to classifying marking and the like! a random facebook person a bought my grey and my opaleine both split for blue asked me if 'sunshine coast' was spangle! but I had NO idea! im hoping its a girl as I want to put sunshine with the grey cock to put colour back into it! sunshine coast is the looker of the aviary, I wouldn't mine a few more like that! thx everyone! when I get a moment I might post all 3 babies as it will help me set up breeding lines, god I love you all! hahaha!!!
