Default Opaline or opalescence?

This is the middle chick of my clutch of 3. The other two had white down, and are opaline females. This chick had grey down, but has highly coloured flight feathers, and the odd coloured feather peeping through on his/her shoulders. Does this signify it could be another opaline female, or is this just opalescence in a male split for opaline?

Smile Opaline

Chicks with white under down could be opaline unless it is a red eye or white/yellow bird. Opalecence is mostly seen in normal budgie types where the bars on the back of the head have body color running through the bars until they can disappear behind the body color. Too early to tell on this bird. Opalines have broken patterns on back of head, This bird has gray under down so not likely an opaline. Blessings,

Jo Ann

Oooh! I don't think I've ever seen a bird coloured like that. I can't wait to see him with some more feathers.

Excellent, thanks all! May I ask your opinion on his/her sister?
Violet Opaline Cinnamon..? Maybe? She's very very pale coloured, and had/has plum eyes.
