Hey everyone. It's been a while since I've been on TB.
But I've come to announce a strange mutation on my new, sweet little hen, Rose.
I think she is a YF2 Dilute Texas C.B. .... She is absolutely stunning! She has a bright yellow face that fades into her white body, but it shows up on her wings a little like YF2 does. But yea, she's a white bird, but ever so faintly there are silver markings everywhere a normal bird would have their dark ones.
I was wondering if this combination of mutations can occur, or if I'm over thinking it.
Anyway, that is what I think my birdie is, what can you tell me???
I'll try to get a couple pics uploaded soon!
I'll get those pics. Eventually..... (:
Ok, so the bird I adopted with her is very very dark grey almost black as the body color. She does, however have cobalt rump feathers, but they are nowhere else. She is an adult and has greyish black cheek patches.
Anthracite or just pretty grey?
