Default Having trouble!

Hi! I'm fairly new to the budgie world, and have recently bought 2 budgies from different people, but I cant work out what they are (even though I've looked on the charts. I was wondering if there is anyone on here that I can show pictures to, so they can show me what characteristics can help me identify the mutations. I would appreciate any help given.

From that picture it seems Jezzie is a dark green greywing recessive pied budgie. And Regal is a cobalt blue normal budgie.
And welcome to the forums!

Thank you very much for that. I had an idea about Regal, I just wasn't sure about the shade of blue. In the sun he/she seems like a purplish blue, but I figured that was because of the young age. Jezzie, well I was kind of close. I assumed he/she was more of a light green, but thank you for the clarification Regal will be 8 weeks tomorrow, and Jezzie was born in the lead up to Christmas (no specific date). Are they likely to stay these colours? Or do they change a little with age?
