It will be my first chicks if it ever happens. I have helped a friend with conure chicks before, but they were a little bigger than these babies are going to be. Their tiny size is intimidating! LOL

Do you breed your budgies?

Yes they are so small and fragile! I remember my first babies, I was so afraid to touch them! I never touch them until they are at least 4 or 5 days old. Probably around the size of a newborn conure lol. The newborn budgies are just too teenie. I have just started breeding again. I started when I was 14 after growing up living next to a show budgie breeder. I gave it up when I had to move out of home 6 years ago. I've just had my first successful clutch this year with 2 little chicks now 3 weeks old. Its in the breeding section under Cinnamon and Citrus if you need to know anything don't hesitate to ask anyone here, I have little knowledge of genetics but my mutation knowledge is expanding thanks to the lovely people who help out on this forum.

Looks like a sky violet full body greywing to me

The cheek patches are darker than most sky full body greywings because of the violet factors, but they do not look like you would expect for a clearwing. His main tail and wing markings are also more of what you would expect for a full body greywing as well.
