Texas Clearbody baby?

1 Attachment(s)
Hi All,
My budgie pair have 2 three week old babies. I'm wondering on the mutation of the older one. It looks to me like its a Texas Clearbody. I've not found anything else that's even similar. Hoping someone can help even though they are so young. The youngest is a cinnamon green. Mum is a cinnamon green, dad is a light green recessive pied. Baby is yellow, dark markings fading out down the wing to grey almost white flights. There might be slight green around the rump.

It does look like you have a beautiful texas clearbody there!

Going off of the parents descriptions the dad must be split for it, making this little cutie a girl :)

I'll get a better shot of her wings today, but I'm sure that's what she is. I'm very surprised and extremely happy :) I've got a cobalt Opaline Texas Clearbody already and this girl is the opposite of her. I can't wait to see her fully feathered :)

Honestly I have no doubt as to what she is, but I absolutely love TCBs so more photos of them is always encouraged :D

I have a cobalt opaline TCB too, he is my favorite of all the ones I have so far :)

If you have any inos they will be dominant to the TCB, just in case you we looking to raise more but don't have any unrelated birds to pair with them :)

Here we go, a better shot of her wings :)

Awesome thanks Lindsey :) I love the TCBs too. I'm so suprised I got one out of this pair, I was hoping to get one from my other girl but I doubt I'll get one because she is paired with a normal. However they should produce violets. I have one spare cock but he's a normal green so I'll be getting another cock to pair her with :)

At least you'll have 2 separate unrelated TCB genes going on and you can pair them up eventually :) Can't wait to see more pics!

Yes I have a fertile egg in the nest with the other TCB so if its a boy it will be split TCB and I might be able to pair him up with this girl :)
