Default Mutation question regarding chicks

Our pair has laid it's second clutch. Mom is a normal green and Dad is a blue clear flight pied. Clutch #1 produced 4 beautiful babies. One grey/blue pied, two normal greens and a cobalt blue. Examining the babies from this clutch, it seems that two babies have red eyes? How is possible?

Thanks for your help! we are all very excited about these new babies
