There is no doubt you have two beautiful females there, Storm is much younger than Sky and has the normal whitish cere all young females (not yet mature) have.
Sky seems to be a sky blue violet spangle budgie. Storm is a grey dominant pied opaline budgie.

thank you i have read storms leg ring and its 108atb123 13, so from my guess....she was born on 10th august 2013?

they will be a perfect pair for my two 10 month old budgies, loki and percy

i was after a gray and it was just luck that i went to go and get my quail on the same day as the breeder got some new budgies in.

i knew i needed 2 females and the breeder only had 2 left, pure luck i got them 2.

what would i get (if you can, pictures please) if i breed storm with loki?
Picture of loki: (i think someone said he was a pied poss greywing, i cant remember)

Thank you ^.^ i chose their names because Sky has the coloring of the blue sky and white clouds, and storm has the dark clouds with the white clouds....not very creative but it works for them both

Leg bands usually have only the year the budgie has hatched, which is 2013. The other numbers must be the breeders ID. Looking at her, it's clear to me that she is not yet 6 months old, there is no way she has hatched last August.

apparently when the breeder got them, they came as 2 pairs (2 male 2 female) and said they were around 1 year old. so i had the information passed onto me when i bought them. it doesnt matter if shes younger, but usually you cant tell until about 6(?) months old....or was it 9...i cant remember very well

I based my estimate on age by looking at the cere and the eyes. She still has the baby black eyes and the irises are very dark. So, unless she is masking recessive pied genes, her eye colour tells me she is young.

ah, i will find out soon enough, i try and go off her cere, as it tells their gender when they reach a certain age.

They are both gorgeous. Congratulations!

It's very unlikely you will be able to breed Storm and Loki, trying to breed a show type hen with a pet type cock doesn't usually work out.
