Talking Percy and Cloud

I have this pair set up (they have mated, waiting for eggs)
I have tried to get some good pictures but they refuse to sit still.

Cloud's wings have markings (shown in pictures) but the markings....in a way, fade as they get closer in (it seems like blur on the pictures but it's not, they are actually like that)

I will note if flash was used as it shows off their markings better and natural light for their color

Here is Cloud:
no flash

With Flash

Percy, no flash

With flash

Both of them, also does she have an "egg bum?"(flash was used)

So sorry if the pictures do not work, they are the best pictures i could get without stressing them out too much

I think Cloud is sky blue spangle greywing and Percy is sky blue greywing.

All their chicks will be sky blue.

thank you, from a distance, cloud's wings look pure white and the color does face to pure white on her back.

does this mean she is badly marked?

The top photos were too dark in the background behind the bird. A disposable camera with flash can get the background not so dark. They do not cost over 10 dollars.

they were taken in daylight with my phone, with the birds being inside a house the light is darker, plus they are low down so getting the lighting right is hard (unless i moved the top double breeder off, which has chicks in, but that would cause too much stress on the mother)

When you use a flash, it washes in and out colors... Thus making it so you can't really tell for sure what color a bird is. This is why they say not to use a flash when asking about the color of the bird. Indirect Natural light is the best way to capture the color right.
