In first photo white budgie eye is giving red reflection could be recessive pied or DEC.

Please post clear photos from front and back so it will be easy for everyone to identify their mutation and give you breeding expectation accordingly

I am not saying the budgie is red eye.

Normally budgies having plum red eyes at the time of birth gives red reflection in flash light therefor I want to make sure that this budgie is not recessive pied or dark eyed clear.

According to what you say you will have normal and yellow face blue series pied babies

Let's focus on the white hen.

If she is all white -- no body color and no markings -- and has black eyes, then:
1. If she has iris rings, then she is blue series double factor spangle (https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary.c...r-budgies.html). All her chicks will be spangle.
2. If she has no iris rings, then she is blue series dark-eyed clear (https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary.c...r-budgies.html).

Dark Eyed Clear, INO And Double Factor Spangle - ************* Cute Little Birdies Aviary

The male is harder to ascertain. He is sky blue yellowface I (with suffusion) or yellowface II. Due to absence of body color, he could be a variety of mutations. Perhaps combination dominant-recessive pied. Could also be opaline and/or spangle.

Regardless of cock bird's mutations, all chicks will be blue series spangle. I'm not sure whether half or all will be yellowface. I speculate half will be normal and half will be pied. Other mutations, too.
