The photo is a bit small. I think he's sky blue greywing or grey greywing.

Tap the photo to make bigger if it will let you, in person he looked light grey but had light grey barring on wings etc with white face (Orange color on head was from Orange colored mineral cuttlebone thing)

First photo doesn't enlarge, but second two are better.

If he's dilute grey with grey head and wing markings, he's grey greywing, as you said. He's cute!

Grey is a color-adding factor. The bird in question is a blue series budgie. With blue series, quite often the grey masks the blue. See https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary.c...y-budgies.html. I do see blue and grey on that bird.

He's quite lovely and I'd love to have him!

You know I was thinking I was seeing hints of a blue tint mixed in with they grey but wasn't sure
