As you know I'm not brilliant at mutations so I'll leave it up to others more knowleadgable but I have to say the chicks are absolutely gorgeous looking, not sure about the jimjams though

Hehe chick one is female opaline greywing. Not sure what gender chick 2 is but he is a normal green!
Chick three is a green opaline and also female. Dad must be split for opaline so all of his resulting opaline chicks are female as opaline is a sex linked gene!

Gotta keep this short as I'm on my phone. Once I'm on my computer I'll get a better look at chick two!

Yeah. That little patch could mean he is split for recessive pied. Which means he is carrying a single copy of the gene. Recessive pied needs two copies to show up visually!
With mom being an ino, she could easily be masking any gene as ino simply removes pigment in the feathers.
And dad seems to be a normal split for opaline and greywing!

So what if the mother being albino, was actually masking opaline, wouldn't that then conclude that any opaline chicks could be both boys and girls?

Since we already know the father is split for opaline.

So i dare say those opaline chicks may not necessarily be hen birds.

Although there is a good chance.

Trev - just throw it into confusion now! I guess that we will just have to wait a little longer to see

They are too cute, Bethany. I can't really give u a definite call on their gender yet, but I'm hoping they turn out to be a boy and 2 girls. Then you can name them after the Stark children from GOT - Bran, Arya, and Sansa
