I got a new pair from a local breeder and I took quick picture for them before I change the cage
I know that both are sky blue opaline but, the female has some black feathers on her head and deeper black markings on her wings, so what do you think guys?
Well, the female just looks like she has a lot of flecking, the black feathers on the head, which happens sometimes. I don't think that makes her a different mutation, though. They're both gorgeous!

Thanks, is this flecking a bad thing? would she pass this to future chicks?
Lovely Skyblue Opalines, the hen just has heavy flecking. THey are a nice example of how different two birds of the same variety can be. Flecking is just extra marks on the forehead. Yes it is likely to passed on but it is only a problem if you are showing them. If not you just have to decide if you like it or not.
