What is this mutation called, can anyone help? I've never seen it before.

The pic is just a screenshot from a very short YouTube video here.

This budgie girl is a normal sky blue yellowface II!
The yellowface II gene causes blending of the yellow in the face and the blue body color, which makes that lovely sea green color. It can combine through the whole body or just run into the chest, like in this budgie.
My own little one is a yellowface II, actually! You can kinda see in my avatar :)

Were these pictures taken in natural lighting? Does it represent what the yellow looks like in person?

Yellowface mutations can be tricky to identify in photos given how much lighting effects the color. If you can provide another photo or two and a bit more info as to what your little one looks like in person that would be great :)

Thank you! I'm sorry I didn't recognize your bird as the same colour.

Thanks. I don't know about the lighting. It isn't my bird... I just saw it in a video and was curious.

It can be difficult sometimes to tell, since the reflection of light of feathers that color sometimes looks blue and sometimes green :)
Also, there are different levels of suffusion of the yellow color into the body, so my bird has more suffusion compared to the bird in the video ;)
