He is absolutely gorgeous! I think he is a grey green normal budgie.

My guess would be GreyGreen Cinnamon. I say cinnamon because his wing coloring is paler and more brownish than on a normal.

I have a greygreen normal and his markings are black.

I would say grey green normal as well, although Rose is right, the markings are a bit lighter.
Maybe there's some variation in markings?
Anyway, he's beautiful

Some pictures show cinnamon, some of them show normal. I think the difference is due to lighting and camera's tricks, but he is beautiful Grey Green boy that’s for sure

Here is my grey green.
I love grey greens!!!

I dont think the bird in question is also cinnamon, his face mask is black, not cinnamon. Its only the lighting in the pictures that make us think/see his is lighter.
Also the black can vary from bird to bird.

As said already, he is definitely a Grey Green. The markings look too dark in some of the photos for a Cinnamon but his feathers have that soft smooth look of a Cinnamon so I wouldn't be surprised if he was.

Not necessarily normal for a Cinnamon but probably not that unusual to have some markings darker than expected...
