Default Mutation & Gender?

We have a young Budgie (around 6 months old) and we are uncertain of the gender and mutation. Your feedback would be appreciated.
My camera is blurry, but the cere is pure white.

The patches on her/his tummy are blue, but on the tail it's teal. (Bad camera quality)
Does that change anything?
I'm a bit of an amateur.

then i would go with a yellow faced type II sky blue opaline recessive pied(mabey cinnamon)..but once again after its first moult , if it developes an iris ring it is a double factor dominant pied lil' budgie lol.

I definitely go with yellow face type two recessive pied, don't know much about the other applicable descriptors.

I would guess girl. If it is a recessive pied a boy's cere would already be pink. Very pretty bird
