Default what is the mutaton of this boy?

Hi guys

My breeding pair Marco and Lucia gave me 6 lovely chicks

1 normal green, 4 single factor dominant pieds and the last one I thinks is an Opaline double factor dominant pied but I'm not sure

he is the last one on the right, the bars on his head are of the same color on his back "the second budgie in the picture is his brother"

I would like to know his exact mutation if possible "no flash was used"

Thanks

I'm not sure about opaline, but double factor dominant pied looks about right, however, it would be better to tell with more pictures, do you have any?

What a beautiful little group !

So is the Double Factor dominant pied the ones that come out nearly clear bodied with few markings and color patches? I like those

There's no way to tell if he's spangle or opaline since I don't see any markings on the wings
The DF Dominant pied mutation on the wings covers all the other mutations, so unless you breed him, there's no way to know.
He is definitely DF Dominant pied, but I think he might be sf violet on top of the sky blue or cobalt, his blue is different from the other budgies.
Does that help? He's lovely

I think he is a Greywing, there is definite dilution on his barring. It wouldn't surprise me if he was Opaline. He could also be DF Dominant Pied but only breeding will tell for sure about that and the Opaline as you do get some SF Dominant Pieds with only a little marking showing. I don't see any sign of Spangle in there.

With the mum being all yellow it is tricky as she could be masking all sorts of things. Do you know if she is masking Dominant Pied? Has she ever had pied chicks with a non-pied mate?
