Default What are those spots?

what are the white spots he have them in both wings... same size in both wings.. do this means he have another mutation in him? I thought he may be saddleback from the description he does fit with a saddleback but the greywing dilutes his colour but he does have some feathers with the black line in the tip of his wing feathers. I have to get a picture of it! the greywing makes it look dark grey with a tinge of black.

Saddleback is a very rare muation. Most likely just opaline.

Do you have a pick of the whole bird?

Those are just the normal white markings that they have on their wings.
