Default is Ducky a dark-eyed clear?

Hi! so since she's almost finished her first moult, i thought that now would be the time to determine her mutation. i'm fairly certain she's a dark-eyed clear due to having no iris rings (i think - i'm terrible at this!). Am i right?

Also, i was wondering if there's a reason as to why she's so fluffy compared to all the other budgies i've owned. I know her brother was an english budgie, but I was told she wasn't, which makes sense as she seems too small (although i wouldn't really know, haha )

Apologies for the bad photos. Ducky is obsessed with phones and camera's so it's almost impossible to get good photos of her.

Do Ducky's eyes have a reddish cast to them or are they black? (They look black in the photos).

Dark Eyed Clear budgies have dark eyes with no Iris Rings.

My little Sparky is a Dark Eyed Clear and a 50/50 English/American budgie

Her eyes are completely black when i first got her they had a very slight red tinge to them, which confused me a bit.

I didn't even know there was such thing as a 50/50 english/american budgie! Sparky is so adorable.

Sparky says "thank you" and he and I think Ducky is pretty doggone adorable herself!!

If her eyes are black then she is a DEC.
I personally love the all black eyes -- they look like baby budgie eyes.
