no, not rare. I actually have 6 birds like the dark eye clear (only they're lutinos but like the only difference is red eyes instead of dark)

The picture has had the red increased. If you save the the picture, then reduce the red, the budgies look normal colours. The yellow bird is either a double factor spangle or a dark eyed clear. The blue bird is a yellow face opaline

That's Yellow, not Orange. Their are no Orange budgies
