Even though photo quality isn't exactly ideal, from that first photo, the cere seems to be very purplish in colour and that would indicate boy.

No problem there! And when it comes to photos, in order to have better accuracy in both gender and colour mutation, it's always best to post photos taken in natural sunlight (no lampshades and no flash from camera).
For gender, you can try to take a front shot showing the whole beak/cere area.

You 100% have a very cute boy their. Also for future reference incase you dicide to get him a pal young budgie boys have the same as your boy & young females have pale blue ceres with white rings around the nostrils.

Thank you Givo85. When he was around 4 weeks old, I was told it was a little girl, but sometimes its hard to tell, especially from a picture. So i guess its time for a new "boy" name...
