Beautiful baby! Is it possible that Sapphire could be a girl? I definitely see cobalt - not sure of the violet with one picture. More would be great

The violet makes them darker than a cobalt. And some times suffuses into areas that wouldn't normally be blue.

Your little Sapphire is adorable! Was that picture taken in natural light or with a flash?

I'm wondering about Sapphire's gender myself and it would be helpful if you could post a close up picture of the cere taken in natural light.

Check the feathers around the vent they will sometimes show violet also in the collar/neckline violet may show also see what color the chest feathers turn when wet.

You do have two gorgeous boys. Even though your Sapphire is very young, he is already in the process of getting the mature colour on his cere.
The discolouration around the nostril area is not white in colour but bluish and that combined with the deep purplish colour indicates boy.

They are beautiful! I agree, both boys Do you have any other full-body pictures of Sapphire? We may be able to tell more easily if he's violet factor or not
