He is such a pretty little boy!

He is a cobalt, goldenface, dominant pied (possibly double factor) budgie

I agree although looks like a little girl because the top half of the cere is pale blue with white edging... if it were a male in a DF dom the cere would be for example, flesh on the left side and Dark blue on the right or vice versa

either way stunning bird!

It's possible to have a mix like that?
What about the wings? Is that were the possible double factor could take place? or would that be clearwing?

I figured male because mottled blue and pink, a common characteristic in pied male budgies, is present

Yes, it's definitely possible

His wings are so clear of markings, that's why I figured it could be double factor dominant pied. Another thing I forgot to mention is that he technically could be combination pied as well--but since he's so young, you won't be able to know that until he's older because he would have to show a trait of recessive pied, namely lack of iris rings, to be possibly both recessive and dominant pied (combo pied, which would also affect his markings on the wings). He could just be a heavily marked dominant pied, however. Clearwing is a little different--it's a very faint greywing, basically. If he were clearwing, his bars would be faint as well, not just the wings. So it's some heavy form of pied--I'm going to stick with dominant pied for now but if he gets older and has no iris rings, he's combination pied. Still unsure if there's a big chance he's df dominant. Does that make sense?

I'm guessing sf dominant pied, recessive pied, cobalt, sf violet, golden face.
