This is Bert, we are sure he is a male, we just have no idea of his mutation! Bert was given to my friend not too long ago. I think he is an older bird.
You can't see his eyes well, but they are black with a white iris.

Yes, now that you mention it, you can see his primary wing feathers as well as his tail feathers are a bit malformed, which is a telltale sign of French Moult. I'm glad her little guy Bert was able to fight through it and with a good diet, get through the worst symptoms. What a sweetheart
