Question Lutino or other?

I have 2 yellow budgies in my flock,I had been reading up about lutino budgies & are not sure about my 2 are they lutino or other?
Pic 1:Abby female.
[IMG][/IMG]
Abby is bright yellow with white patches on cheeks, some white wing & tail feathers,no patches of green or blue.Cere is flesh colour.Red/pink eyes.
Pic 2:Tweety male (yellow)

Tweety is also bright yellow but has green colouring like smudges on him under his belly white cheek patches & some white wing & tail feathers.Dark blue cere & dark/black eyes.I had read on the site My Budgie Bible that a Lutino cock has a pink cere?& that Lutinos only have pink/red eyes?Mine has the blue cere & black eyes so if he is not Lutino what could he be?The greenish patches also worry me that he isn't Lutino & is my female a Lutino & a girl or a boy? Thanks for any help offered I am trying really hard to learn the colours types & mutations!

I think they may have lutinio I'm no expert but I think they may have something else too, Lutinio would be pure yellow not the lighter wing feathers... If anyone else knows correct me if I'm wrong, I'm sure I am :s

He is more than likely a double factor green series spangle. DF spangles often have what is termed "suffusion", i.e. the body colour is suffusing through. In other words (without getting technical), the double dose of spangle has not completely supressed the body colour.

Best way to tell is by breeding. But black eyes means he is definately not a lutino. Your girl is a lutino however

Abby is a lutino. If the cere is pinky flesh coloured then you have a male. A female lutino's cere would be white, pale blue, tan or brown

Tweety is a double factor spangle cock
