Default Mauve vs Violet Grey?

I'd like some help in determining two of my budgies' color .

They both have a deep blue/grey body color, have violet cheek patches, blue/grey feet and legs, and deep violet navy/black tail feathers. I'm not sure whether they are mauve or violet factor grey? Thanks in advance!

Btw, their cheek patches look more violet in real life than as dark as they look in the pictures. Also, the topside of the tails looks closer to a dark navy than the bluish it appears in the pictures.

They are both mauve in colour, this can be seen by the colour on the cheek patches and the main tail feathers.
Grey budgies usually have lighter more silvery toned cheek patches and the big tail feathers aren't blue, they are black in colour.
Dusty is a mauve normal and Stormy is a mauve opaline.

If the big tail feathers are black in color, wouldn't this point to Violet Grey though? This is the part that confused me.

Blue series as well as green series grey budgies will both have black main tail feathers.
A grey factored budgie would also have lighter greyish coloured cheek patches.

I agree with Aluz Because your budgies have dark blue tail feathers and violet cheek patches rather than the black tail feathers seen on grey budgies, they are mauve

Both are gorgeous!

Thanks! Another question- one of my females, Rain, is definitely blue, but I'm not sure whether she's Cobalt Blue or Cobalt Blue with SF Violet? She doesn't look quite as dark as cobalt, but not light enough to be sky blue, and Cobalt w/ SF Violet was the only shade I could find in the middle. She has violet cheek patches, pink feet, and white primary flights and white tail feathers because she is a SF Dominant Pied.

Cobalt violet actually appears as purple--if she's definitely blue but too light for cobalt and too dark for sky blue then I would guess she's sky blue violet, which is in between sky and cobalt.

Do you have a picture?

She is definitely blue, good to know about the difference between Sky Blue w/ Violet and Cobalt Blue w/ Violet! Here are some pictures. Everyone has been so helpful! I'm not sure whether I should ask about my fourth (last one I promise!) budgie's color/mutation on this thread or if I should just start a new one... lol. Anyways, here's Rain:

She's beautiful! Yes, I believe she's sky blue single factor dominant pied single factor violet

By the way, the other budgie with her is a grey sf dom. pied yellowface II greywing budgie

Are you sure she's greywing or grey though? I know for sure that she is a sf dom pied sf yf II, but I'm not so sure about her base color or her greywing/possible sf spangle/possible opaline.

Her body color appeared grey on first look, but the more I look at it, the more it looks like it could possibly be grey green? It's difficult to tell due to the extra yellow from the yf II. Also, her wing pattern up close looks more like a mix of greywing and sf spangle to me rather than one or the other. It definitely has the white edging and grey color, but the grey color isn't even throughout: it starts out as a more vibrant and noticeable grey near the white edge (which makes her look like a diluted spangle at first glance), but when I look closer I see that they are grey throughout, it just fades down the feather. I'm also not sure on the opaline as it's hard to tell because of her diluted color. She has pink feet, no visible throat spots, and one of her cheek patches is blue, while the other is blue with a couple tiny white patches.
