Default My new bird.

Just got this Budgie. I think it is a female.

Anyways, besides the usual fear and nervousness questions, I am curious as to which mutation or color my new Budgie is.

Thanks.

Is a "light green normal Budgie" a desirable color/mutation?

Congratulations on your beautiful girl! I think a light green normal budgie is a desirable color/mutation since I especially like green budgies and it is the most natural mutation.

Desirable in what way? There are so many colours of budgies that it really comes down to what you like.

To what end do you want her to be 'desirable'?
If she's your pet bird, then if you enjoy her colour, that is certainly desirable enough.
