From the markings, I'd say she is a recessive pied budgie, but from the photo it seems she has developed irises on the eye and if that is the case, then she is likely a combination pied budgie and has both dominant and recessive pied genes mixed in.

yes she has iris's. There is so much to learn about mutations. I can get a handle on the basics like Spangle and Opaline... the rest baffles me

I agree with Aluz She appears to be combination pied in addition to a diluting mutation such as cinnamon and/or opaline. Do you have a photo of the back of her wings?
