Default What kind of parents did this budgie have?

So, I'm very interested in budgie genetics and have been reading up a lot about it lately.

For a bird like this:

What could the parents have been? I know there may be a wide range, but anyone with a of expertise, could you weigh in on what combinations could yield this look? I love the all white without any bands on the head and neck. Just beautiful.

Thanks!

It is a pied of some sort, it could be a combination pied or a double factor dominant pied. They often have no head markings. So both it's parents were pieds, at least one was a golden face also. It looks to have pale markings on the wings so may have had clearwing parents, and I would say there was opaline in there also! Could be a wide range of parental mixes to produce that lovely look though.
