Okay, here are some more pictures! Eli is mostly bright yellow, but has small splotches of bright green on his belly and on his back. He has no stripes on his head, white cheek patches, no spots, and black eyes. He also has a minuscule amount of black, but very little!
Daphne has olive on her belly and on her back, irises, and had darker black markings on some of her wings (like Ivy who is opaline). She has white cheek patches, one spot only and a clear area on the back of her head.
Both have a slightly lighter yellow color to their tails and primaries.

Eli could be a recessive pied but to me he looks more like a combination of dominant pied and recessive pied or possibly a double factor dominant pied.
I have no way to know, but I wondered if they were siblings too. They were interacting together and this may not be an indicator, but they both have a matching single dark feather on the underside of the tail feathers - both on the right side. I do not know my budgie genetics well enough to know if this could be coincidental, is a common thing, or a sign of relation. Since I don't know either way, I will be making sure they do not get an opportunity to breed...to be on the cautious side!
